New York Giants Add Jerome Cunningham To Practice Squad - Espn

The Giants have signed my client, TE Jerome Cunningham @Coco_Loco86 to their Practice Squad. Congrats Jerome, hard work pays off! Pro Football Mgmt (@HowardShatsky) September 2, 2014 The Giants liked Cunningham, who signed after the start of camp, and believe he could develop into a contributor at a position of significant need for them at some point this season. They initially planned to keep four tight ends on their active roster, but they only ended up keeping three after cutting veteran Kellen Davis on Saturday. <br>Source: http://espn.go.com/blog/nfceast/post/_/id/64152/giants-add-cunningham-to-practice-squad

Looks Like Someone Has a Sixpack of the Mondays - Yahoo Sports

In this day and age, those horses necessary to contend are mostly on offense. We have a quarterback, a running back, a tight end, a trio of wide receivers and a left tackle that are all good enough to build a playoff run around. I am not calling anyone elite. I am not calling anyone "the best." I am simply saying that on offense, we should be able to do enough to keep us in games, and even win those games when the defense struggles. <br>Source: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/looks-someone-sixpack-mondays-143315194.html

Interval Workouts To Try On The Track

British Olympic gold medalist Sebastian Coe once said, Ive always felt that long, slow distance produces long, slow runners. To improve your run performance, you need a balance of easy days and hard, faster intervals. The purpose of these interval track sessions is largely related to the principle of progressive overload, which states that performance only improves with added training stress. Not only does this underscore the importance of adding interval training on top of aerobic miles, it also points to the fact that once you start these workouts, you must continue to up the ante from one session to the next. The beautiful thing is that your body is http://www.prweb.com/releases/2013/10/prweb11222047.htm able to evolve and adapt with added stressotherwise your fitness plateaus, says Beth Baker, head coach at Running Evolution in Seattle. For track sessions to make sense within your training, interval mileage shouldnt exceed 715 percent of your total weekly mileage. <br>Source: http://triathlon.competitor.com/2014/09/training/interval-workouts-to-try-on-the-track_65324
